Penny Elsley

  Composer Biography


Penny Elsley is a musician and song-writer who graduated from the Conservatorium of Music, Newcastle in 1998. Penny has been involved with music in Liturgy for over 20 years and is inspired to write songs which appeal to the lives of young people and their desire to create a just and peace-filled world.
