Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?

The majority of deliveries are handled by domestic postal services, and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made however, we aim to ship your goods within 48 hours of order placement.

Can you provide tracking numbers for packages?

We use Australia Post for freight unless otherwise requested by our customers therefore; we are unable to track orders once they have been dispatched.

I have received my order and wish to return an item - how do I go about this?

We ask you to choose carefully as all sales are on a firm sale basis. If an incorrect product is supplied please return the title to us at the following address:

To help us process your return more efficiently, please enclose a copy of the Invoice that accompanied the product as this contains all the information we need to process your return.

Please include a brief note on the packing requesting a refund and the reason for your return. We are unable to reimburse customers for expenses incurred returning titles to us unless the product is defective or not as advertised. If either of these apply, please contact us prior to returning the goods to us. Returns may take 2 weeks to process. A credit notification will be sent by mail.

the price of my pre-ordered item has dropped; can I receive a refund for the difference?

Sorry, we are unable to offer retrospective refunds once an order has been placed and the sale price agreed between ourselves and the customer.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes, however some web offers may not be available. Telephone orders may be placed at  02 9948 3957.

Which payment options are available to me?

We accept payments made with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Debit.
